10 Inch Air Steam Filter Cartridge Housing with Sanitary SS 316 L
Product Description
Tanvi specializes in the production and sales of compressed air
sterilization filters. Compressed air sterilization filters can be widely
used in the process needs of food, biochemical, beverage, beer,
medicine, electronics, and other industries, and can also be used for
the removal of air and various liquids. Bacterial filtration.
Product Features
--- The filter adopts imported polytetrafluoroethylene filter elements and stainless-steel filter shells. Through coagulation and separation, high-temperature clean steam is used to periodically sterilize to remove bacteria, viruses, and bacteriophages to generate sterile compressed air.
--- Adopt the filter element that conforms to the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) plastic biological class VI.
--- The filter element is made of hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (SPF), with a filtration precision of 0.01μm, which can completely filter bacteria, viruses, and bacteriophages.
--- O-ring (silicon rubber, fluorine rubber) seal to ensure 100% of the air source is filtered.
--- The heat-resistant polypropylene shell can withstand 140 ºC steam sterilization, and repeated sterilization will not reduce the efficiency.
--- The shell is made of stainless steel, the interior is polished, there is no dead angle, and the maximum working pressure is 1.0Mpa.

Application

--- Glass fiber membrane (GF) and polypropylene membrane (PP) are used as gas pre-filtration, and polyvinylidene fluoride membrane (PVDF), polytetrafluoroethylene membrane, and polytetrafluoroethylene membrane (PTFE) pleated filter elements are used as sterilization filtration. It can be used for impurity removal, particle removal, sterilization, and condensate filtration of process gases such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and compressed air. At present, it is widely used in the fermentation industry, such as sterilization filtration and pressure backup filtration of compressed air in beer fermenters; sterile gas filtration in fermenters in the antibiotic industry; and sterilization and filtration in edible mushroom fermenters.
--- Equipped with a titanium rod filter element, stainless steel powder sintered filter element, and stainless steel sintered mesh filter element can be used for high-temperature gas filtration, such as steam filtration.
--- Gas filters are used to purify and sterilize various gases such as compressed air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, helium, neon, argon, and steam. They are divided into pre-filters, coarse filters, and fine filters according to their functions.
--- Sterile air filtration for biological fermentation engineering.
--- The gas flow is divided into specifications of 0.5-/min;
--- The inlet and outlet of the filter are connected by standard flanges. The filter material is SUS304, with reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, and internal and external polishing in line with the requirements of GMP and electronics industries;
--- The filter materials are polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), glass fiber composite felt, titanium alloy, polypropylene (PP), and other series of microporous products;
--- The filter is also equipped with a differential pressure gauge, safety valve, and drain valve.
